Present as the guest of honour was Hajah Norjum binti Haji Mohd Yusop, Deputy Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Education.
The ceremony began with the opening remarks by Hajah Donnaliza binti Abdullah Puasa, the Head of Human Resource Development, Ministry of Education who was also the deputy chairperson of the workshop, followed by a speech by the guest of honour.
Expert trainers from the Lead Consultant Optimise International, Australia, will facilitate the workshop that would be held for six days at the Institute Technology Brunei (ITB) starting on August 25.
One of the facilitators of the workshop, Mr Brian Galbraith, the Executive Director of Lead Consultant Optimise International, Australia also delivered the overview of the workshop to the participants at yesterday's event.
The workshop aspires to equip the teachers with the necessary diagnostic assessment tools, management and implementation in reinforcing their knowledge of the unique needs of individual students and the direct overall classroom instruction, which would be conducted prior to and during the teaching and learning process.
